Duplication We use specialized CD robots to duplicate your CD-R's. In fact we have automated almost the entire production process. Thanks to the large number of available machines, we can produce very quickly. That's why delivery times of only 1 day, are no exception. Although delivery times are important, we consider the quality of the end product to be the number one priority. During production we will regularly check individual CD's, to see if the process is still running within standard operating parameters. We have a standard procedure for quality control, which emphasizes not only on readability, but also on the structure and quality of both the data and the format. This method of production control, guarantees the best possible CD quality. We are confident that our CD's will be readable by your customers, without exception. Conversion Do you have another medium, like tape or diskette, that currently holds your data and would like to have that data on CD? No problem. We can convert almost any input medium to CD for you. And vice versa of course. Mastering There is no way that you can produce good copies when you start off with a bad master. We always pay extra attention to the master CD, because that is the crucial part in the production process. We will check each master CD for correct data and format structure, as well as proper readability of the data. If required, we will first produce a new master. Analysis If you have any doubt regarding the quality of a CD, you can have it investigated by us. You will get a report, showing exactly what the condition of that CD is. Printing For the production of artwork for your CD's and packaging, we use a digital printer. The OCE 110. It enables us to produce high quality prints very quickly. Packaging There are many ways to package your CD's: a simple envelope, either in paper or in PVC. Self adhesive even, if you want. But you may also go for the well known Jewel Case. Jewel Cases are available in various different models, like the nice slimline version, or the standard case with either a black or a transparent tray. There are also some more flashy cases, like the super strong CShell, or the flashy Pop Out boxes. Both the CShell and the Pop Out box are available in multiple colors.
