Duplication We use Trace equipment to duplicate your diskettes. Trace is the undisputed no. 1 in the disk duplication automation business. High volume and top quality output is their trademark. Thanks to the large number of diskette auto loaders (16 in total), we can offer very short turn around times. The Trace loaders operate with specialized, high speed drives. Not only are they very fast, their sophisticated electronics also ensure top quality output. And because of the unique way the master disk is analyzed, followed by an optimized reconstruction for the duplicate-image, the copied disks are at least as good, but generally even better than the master disk. Conversion Not only do we duplicate disks, we also convert them to any other media type you want. And we can handle all disk types you might have: 3 inch, 3½ inch, 5¼ inch and 8 inch diskettes. Single density, double density or high density. Soft sectored or hard sectored. You name it, we can handle them. Most of the mentioned media types are no longer produced by the way. We still do have many types in stock, but some types (for instance 3 inch) are completely sold out. We can however, convert your diskette to any other media type that you can process, like CD for instance. And you will be pleased by our unique service: No cure, no pay. So if you ever let us do a conversion job which we cannot complete, you will not be billed. Not even for the investigation costs. Mastering A good master is absolutely essential to be able to create good copies. For that reason, we always pay a lot of attention to the master disk. Every master is analyzed thoroughly before we start creating copies from it. Printing/Labeling The diskette labels are printed in either black & white or in full color, depending on your preference. Black & white printing is done on a special laser printer which is able to handle continues paper instead of separate pages. The advantage of continues paper is that we can use that on our label equipment to automatically label all the disks instead of applying the labels manually. Full color labels are produced on the OCE 110. This machine produces very high quality full color output. However, as the OCE cannot handle continues paper, the labels have to be applied manually afterwards. Of course this will be reflected in the price of the labels too. Packaging Diskettes are generally delivered in bulk wrap. But we can do individual packaging too if you want. There is a variety of possibilities, ranging from simple envelopes to jewel case like boxes or even custom wrappings or cases. Everything is possible.
